What the three are

BTS Wordle — six guesses at a five-letter BTS word, from a list of 70. Guess the Album — one of29 covers, cropped so far in it is a texture, with four guesses and the camera pulling back each time you miss. And the emoji song, which is played on this page: three emoji, four titles, one answer, drawn from a pool of 65.

Everyone gets the same three

All three are picked from the date rather than at random, so the puzzle you are looking at is the puzzle everyone else is looking at. That is the only thing that makes a score worth comparing, and it is why the share grid exists. They turn over at midnight in your own time zone, not Seoul's — you should not have to work out what day it is somewhere else to know whether you have played.

The streak counts turning up, not winning

Finish all three and the streak grows, whether you got them right or not. A streak that only survives a perfect day is one most people break in the first week, and the point of it is to be a reason to come back rather than a test. Miss a day and it starts again at one, not zero — the day you come back still counts.

Nothing leaves your device

There is no account and no leaderboard here. The streak and each day's result live in this browser, which does mean clearing site data clears them. The share grid is squares only: it never names a song, so whoever you send it to can still play the same three cold.
